We do not have any handling fees and we don't charge you shipping on Ground services on your Silica Gel Packet orders. Additional expedited services are available for a charge and can select during checkout. Don't worry, there is no hidden charges after you place your order! The price you see is what you get!

At SilicaGelPackets.com it is unreasonable for a package to ship within 2-3 business days. We know our customers want timely service and we strive to achieve this! We utilize the most advanced shipping software for fast and automated shipments. Once your package ships you are provided with a shipment notification (tracking/delivery confirmation number) and the ability to track your shipment (if available from shipping service)!

We offer our Free Shipping services within the US. There will be additional shipping charges for packages shipping outside the US. Please contact our sales department for a quote.

If you wish to return any products that have been unused we charge a 25% restocking fee (less any shipping charges). We do not accept any merchandise that has been opened or used.
